The Feast of The Seven Fishes is part of the Italian-American Christmas Eve celebration.  While we are not all Italian or American and perhaps we don't all celebrate Christmas Eve... I believe that super fresh seafood is worth celebrating!  I teamed up with Matthew Iarussi and WULF's Fish Market preparing a seven course meal with that spirit in mind.
